These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of buildwithsnc.com (the "Site") and any services offered through it by SNC Promoters & Developers Pvt. Ltd. ("SNC", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About SNC.
SNC Promoters & Developers Pvt. Ltd. is a private limited company incorporated in India, with its registered studio at D-48, Ground Floor, Defence Colony, New Delhi 110024. We undertake plot collaborations, construction, and interior projects primarily in South Delhi and the National Capital Region.
2. Use of the Site.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of it. Specifically, you agree not to:

3. Intellectual property.
All content on the Site — including text, photography, renders, video, illustrations, graphics, logos, layout, and source code — is the property of SNC or our licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. The "SNC" name and logo are trademarks of SNC Promoters & Developers Pvt. Ltd.
You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content and you preserve all copyright and proprietary notices. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, or republication, requires our prior written permission.
4. Project imagery and showcased work.
Photographs, renders, walkthroughs, and floor plans on the Site depict projects we have built, collaborated on, or designed. They are shared for illustrative purposes. Specifications, finishes, materials, and timelines shown for any past project are not a commitment for any future project. Each new engagement is governed by its own contract, scope, and specification sheet.
5. Quotations, brochures, and communications.
Information shared through the Site, by email, by WhatsApp, or in any preliminary discussion — including pricing indications, ballpark estimates, brochures, suggested layouts, and verbal quotations — is preliminary and non-binding. A binding offer comes into existence only when reduced to writing in a signed contract or work order between you and SNC.
6. Third-party content.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or embed third-party content (such as YouTube videos, Instagram posts, or Google Maps). We provide these for convenience and do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties.
7. Disclaimer of warranties.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site, the accuracy of its content, or its fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly set out in these Terms.
8. Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SNC, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.
9. Indemnity.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SNC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the version that applies to your use of the Site. We will revise the "Last updated" date when changes are made. By continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms.
