An SNC Virtuelle commission for Mr. Kushagra — a 2 BHK contemporary apartment renovation in Noida, delivered as a complete design package: floor plans, 3D renders, material specifications, joinery details. The client took the package to a contractor of their choice for execution.

The living room.
The renders focused on the living-dining as the project's centerpiece — a layered floor plan with the sofa pulled away from the wall, a low console for the TV, and a dining table sized for six on the far end. Soft palette, natural-wood joinery, brass accents.
The package.
Eleven living-room render frames at multiple times of day, a measured floor plan, full material specification sheet, and detail drawings for the custom joinery. Handed to the client's contractor as a turnkey design package.
